Terms of Service

Family Connect is available by invitation only to members of the family that operates this site and their spouses or partners. Applications are reviewed by family administrators, who may ask a relative to vouch for you or request identity verification before granting access. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for everything done from your account.

• Provide accurate information about yourself and your relatives.
• Treat other members with respect. Harassment, threats, hate speech, and impersonation are not permitted.
• Do not export, republish, or share the family record — including contact details, photographs, or documents — outside the family.
• Do not upload unlawful material, sexual content, or material you do not have the right to share.
• Do not use the platform for commercial solicitation beyond the family business directory, and do not scrape or bulk-collect member information.

You keep ownership of the profile details, photographs, documents, recordings, and business listings you contribute. By adding them you grant Forever Spoken LLC permission to store and display them inside Family Connect to the members your visibility settings allow, for as long as you keep them posted. Documented genealogical facts — names, dates, and relationships supported by the family research — remain part of the shared record.

Material shared beyond your own account is placed in a review queue and may be checked automatically and by a family administrator before it becomes visible. Administrators may accept, decline, or remove any item. Stewards may remove items they uploaded themselves. Decisions are made in the interest of the family record and can be appealed by messaging an administrator.

Administrators maintain the record, invite members, review applications, and may enter a member's account in assist mode to help resolve a problem; those sessions are logged. Stewards may edit records for their own close relatives. Both are family volunteers, not employees of Forever Spoken LLC.

Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are broken, if the platform is used to harm another member, or at your request. You may close your account at any time by asking an administrator.

Genealogical research is imperfect. Dates, spellings, and links are drawn from family charts and documents and may contain errors, and AI-assisted features such as the family historian narrate from that same material and can make mistakes. Nothing here is legal proof of identity, parentage, or inheritance.

The platform is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forever Spoken LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Family Connect, and its total liability is limited to any amount you paid to use the platform.
